We had a wonderful stay at this park hotel, great value for the price.

Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The service here was great, and there's convenient on-site parking available, plus it's right next to restaurants.

The rooms were spotless and had private bathrooms. The staff was friendly and offered free wake up calls and ironing services

Breakfast was good. Close to the highway. Most of the staff was great!

The ice Machine was dirty and the water tasted gross. The vending machines were unplugged and they charge two dollars for the 20oz bottles.

The venue was exceptional. I liked the stay and the location was perfect just next door to the Indianapolis airport, restaurants, and convenience store. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, satellite TV, climate control, and a microwave. The price was $79.

When we arrived at the hotel is under major construction and there was no sign on the front door saying where to check in, it was closed and taped off we had to wait to see where other people were going in in order to see where to check in and it was all the way around the side of the building in a little tiny room that they also had the breakfast area and it was dirty in crowded. It was 11 o'clock at night and this was an unplanned stay away from home because we had electricity problems at our house we have two small children and a friend staying with us who recently had surgery and also had COPD and need electricity for breathing treatments so we had no choice but to book a hotel and by the time we reached this hotel with 2 small children and 1 sick adult we really had no choice but to just stay here . We booked the room on Booked.net specifically because it said no credit card needed, able to pay cash at time of check-in. When we got there however the guy at the desk said that he could not except cash because they were under construction and he didn't have change. He recommended a refillable card which we did but it also cost over $20 when all said and done and we had to wait 30 min for it to load in order to use. We waited in the tiny room for the money to load on the card, meanwhile they had a shift change and the next person to work the desk asked us how he could help because the man waiting us on us simply walked out the minute his replacement arrived and didn't tell him our situation. After we explained everything to him he says "we can take cash if you can go next door and get exact change" well by this time I'm really upset and explained to him that we even offered to let the previous employee keep the .25 cents or so that we would ha e received back in change and he refused. This gentleman just looked at us like he couldn't believe it either.

Great choice for the weekend. Convenient location for my purposes. - Nearby Coachman - great place to chill out.

The location was absolutely perfect, very close to the Indianapolis airport, downtown, and restaurants. Big bathroom and spacious, updated room. The staff was friendly and provided good service with hot cooking.

There were cracks in the ceilings everywhere we looked.

This place was perfect for our first family mini vacation; we really enjoyed the clean room.

Pool for grandchildren. Location near freeways.

Pullout bed box spring very old. Could feel all springs. Needs replacement. Original room assigned Smelled like urine. Staff was very accommodating with changing room. Clerk was unable to help us bring luggage to room stated he had a bad leg.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and offered us great guidance, even arranging a shuttle service to the airport.

Location for visiting friends in Plainfield.

Run down facility desperately in need of renovation. Pool was a huge disappointment - dirty and small.
